Individual and Family members: If your coverage was purchased on the Health Insurance Marketplace, please log in to your 2024 Quartz Well account at https://join.virginpulse.com/quartzwell to complete your HRA.
State of Wisconsin and local government members: To complete your HRA, please use the StayWell HRA for the Well Wisconsin program at webmdhealth.com/wellwisconsin/
